• Role & Company / Project Overview: A senior HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition position with one of India's most admired large financial services organisations. The role focuses on volume recruitment and HR partnering across branches in Jaipur and surrounding towns. Employer name is confidential and will be shared on a call with shortlisted candidates. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Hire sales staff every month for branches in your city and nearby towns (takes 75% of your time). - Plan monthly hiring numbers with regional business teams. - Source candidates via job portals, campus drives, walk-in drives, and employee referrals. - Handle HR business partnering for sales teams hired, including retention and attrition analysis (takes 25% of your time initially, increasing to ~40% once monthly hiring slows down). • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, with the majority in recruitment. - Demonstrated experience hiring sales or front-line staff in high volume, month after month. - Last employer must be a bank, NBFC, insurer, or IT company. - Full-time MBA or PGDM in HR preferred. - Proficiency in English and the local language of the city. - Women returning after a career break are welcome to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. - Work Type: Full-time on-site branch coverage. • Compensation & Benefits: - Compensation details shared upon shortlisting. • Application Instructions: - Email CV with subject line: HR Business Partner (Jaipur). - Include current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and number of people hired in the last 12 months.
