### Role & Company / Project Overview Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar is looking for a Revenue Analyst to turn data into smart commercial decisions and drive revenue growth. At Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar, we believe great guest experiences are driven by data, insights, and people. We need someone who understands hotel performance beyond just Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, decoding STR reports, identifying market trends, and driving competitive positioning. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive Revenue Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor data, and internal performance to support revenue opportunities and growth - Generate Insights: Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts to enable data-driven decision-making - Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize revenue opportunities - Decode and analyze STR reports, market share, RGI, ARI, and MPI - Turn data into commercial decisions, identify revenue opportunities, interpret trends, and forecast demand ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the current Revenue Analyst role - Exposure: Branded hotel exposure/experience working with branded hotels is mandatory - STR & Market Analytics: Strong understanding of STR reports, market share, RGI, ARI, and MPI - Technical & Analytical Skills: Sharp technical skills, analytical intelligence, and commercial thinking - Tools & Systems: Strong MS Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization capabilities - System Advantage: Knowledge of Hyatt systems is an added advantage - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India - Work Arrangement: Onsite hotel position ### Compensation & Benefits - Be part of a globally recognized hospitality brand with dynamic teams and vibrant experiences - Professional growth and career advancement in hotel revenue management - Collaborative, supportive environment that values intelligence, innovation, and fresh ideas ### Application Instructions - Send updated CV with subject line 'Revenue Analyst' to the provided recruitment email addresses.
