We are actively seeking an experienced AMS Lead with strong expertise in Incident Management, SRE, Monitoring/Observability, and Telematics/Connected Car domain experience. Responsibilities include incident and application management, driving operational excellence, and supporting production incidents. Required skills: hands-on experience in SRE or Incident Management, monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and experience in Telematics/Connected Car platforms. Requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Must work onsite in Irvine, CA, five days per week. Duration: 6+ months contract. Work authorization: USC and Green Card Holders only.
