### Role & Company / Project Overview AiroStride Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring a Python Developer Intern to gain hands-on experience in practical software development and kick-start their career. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Participate in hands-on software development and project tasks using Python • Work with SQL and databases for data management and backend workflows • Learn, build, and grow under technical mentorship and exposure to practical engineering standards ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Freshers / Entry-Level candidates • Basic knowledge of Python programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts • Understanding of SQL and relational databases • Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or REST APIs is a plus • Knowledge of Git/GitHub is an advantage ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site) • Duration: 3–6 Months • Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST • Working Days: Monday – Friday ### Compensation & Benefits • Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month • Hands-on project experience, technical learning, and mentorship • Internship certificate (subject to company policy and successful completion) • Potential full-time opportunities based on performance and business requirements ### Application Instructions • Apply by sending an updated resume to the designated recruiting contact email.
