• Role & Company / Project Overview: Charisma Organisation (Charisma Group) is offering a 2-month, in-office HR Internship program in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, designed for aspiring HR professionals looking to kick-start their careers, gain practical industry exposure, and build essential human resource skills. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Candidate sourcing through recruitment channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other online platforms. - Screening and shortlisting resumes to evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements. - Scheduling interviews and coordinating communications between candidates and interviewers. - Participating in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. - Assisting with general HR operations and candidate management. - Demonstrating commitment and dedication throughout the 2-month internship tenure. - Maintaining punctuality, discipline, and corporate professional conduct. - Working proactively towards assigned recruitment targets and completing tasks on time. - Coordinating effectively with the HR team and strictly following company guidelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Open to college students and freshers aspiring to build a career in Human Resources. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve. - Proactive, target-oriented mindset and strong teamwork capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Duration: 2 Months. - Mode: Work From Office (Onsite). - Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Stipend: ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 for 2 months (Performance-Based). - Internship Certificate awarded upon fulfilling completion requirements. - Mentorship, corporate exposure, career guidance, and placement support. - Skill development workshops covering communication, public speaking, group discussions, and interview preparation. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should apply by sending their resume via direct message or contacting the HR representative.
