Role & Company / Project Overview: Twoedge Solutions is hiring a result-driven Team Leader – Marketplace Operations in Indore. This role involves managing marketplace seller accounts, leading an operational team, and driving business growth across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Team handling & seller account management. • Product Listing & Catalog Management. • Order Processing & Account Health. • Advertising & Campaign Optimization. • Sales & Marketplace Growth Strategies. • Performance Analysis & MIS Reporting. • Team Training & Mentoring. • KPI Management & Process Improvement. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3–6 years of experience in Marketplace Operations. • Strong knowledge of Amazon / Flipkart Seller Platforms. • Experience in Ads & Campaign Management. • Strong Excel & Reporting skills. • Excellent Leadership & Communication skills. • Graduation Mandatory. • Preferred Skills: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, SEO & Content Optimization, Marketplace Growth, and Business Opportunity Identification. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Indore (Work From Office). • Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week. • Walk-in Interview: 5th & 6th October 2026.
