Role & Company / Project Overview: Codes for Tomorrow is hiring for the position of Trainee Growth Executive within the Growth / Marketing department. This entry-level role is tailored for freshers looking to build a career in digital growth, marketing outreach, content creation, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate prospects. • Manage prospect data, handle routine follow-ups, and ensure regular CRM updates. • Capture high-quality photos and videos during company events, sessions, and internal team activities. • Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and various social media platforms. • Design basic visual creatives, presentations, and visual branding assets using Canva. • Maintain daily trackers, generate reports, and deliver growth activity updates to stakeholders. • Coordinate actively with cross-functional internal teams to support overarching marketing and growth initiatives. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Fresher candidate with strong English verbal communication and professional writing skills. • High confidence in interacting with people and capturing event coverage/content. • Hands-on basic knowledge of Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools. • Keen creative eye for photography, videography, and social media content creation. • Strong organizational capabilities, sharp attention to detail, and enthusiasm/willingness to learn. • Good to Have: Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, or lead generation practices; basic video editing skills; keen interest in AI, blockchain, fintech, and emerging technologies.
