The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. The role demands leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on service standards. The working hours are 9 to 10 hours per day with a monthly off of 4 days.
