Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the position of Senior Analyst – Commercial Loan Servicing. This is an Experienced Individual Contributor role supporting US and Global Commercial Lending domains. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Independently process commercial loan drawdowns, rollovers, rate resets, repayments, prepayments, fees, renewals, amendments, and commitment changes. - Interpret loan agreements, amendments, fee letters, borrowing requests, and lender / agent notices. - Maintain and validate facility, tranche, pricing, accrual, payment, lender-share, and notice data. - Reconcile cash, suspense, general ledger (GL), accruals, commitments, agent notices, and participant positions. - Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and servicing exceptions. - Perform maker-checker reviews and provide feedback to junior analysts. - Coordinate with onshore operations, Treasury, Payments, Credit, Documentation, and Relationship teams. - Monitor work queues, cut-off times, ageing items, and high-risk exceptions. - Support procedure updates, testing, transitions, knowledge transfer, and process improvement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 3–6 years of relevant Commercial Loan Servicing or Syndicated Loan Operations experience. - Strong knowledge of bilateral and syndicated commercial loans. - Understanding of facility / tranche structures, interest and fee calculations, SOFR-based rates, and day-count conventions. - Experience in cash and position reconciliation, servicing controls, and exception management. - Ability to interpret loan agreements and identify standard, non-standard, and approval-dependent events. - Hands-on experience with Loan IQ, ACBS, AFS, or equivalent platforms. - Knowledge of payment / SWIFT tools, agent portals, and document repositories. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong stakeholder management abilities. - Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
