• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer (eprocurement) for a remote working role (Full WFA - Work From Anywhere). This position is open to Indonesian Citizens (WNI Only). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver fullstack software engineering tasks across backend and web frontend services, shipping production applications. - Build enterprise business applications and handle procure-to-pay processes including purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, vendor management, contracts, approval workflows, budgets, and tax/currency handling. - Develop production microservices using Go and HTTP frameworks (such as Fiber), reading and extending existing services quickly. - Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexing, and aggregations, and configure Redis caching. - Build frontend applications using modern reactive stacks, managing state, complex forms, and data fetching. - Design and implement RESTful and gRPC/Protobuf APIs and inter-service contracts. - Work with message brokers for asynchronous, event-driven processing. - Collaborate using Git and GitLab-style workflows including branching, merge-request code reviews, and CI pipelines. - Conduct testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ensure high code quality. - Utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development, review, debugging, and documentation while maintaining sound engineering judgment and security. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in fullstack software engineering (backend + web frontend) with a proven track record of shipping production applications. - Domain Experience (Procurement / ERP): Hands-on experience building enterprise business applications: ERP, eprocurement, supply chain, finance, or other back-office / B2B SaaS systems. Familiarity with procure-to-pay concepts (purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, vendor management, contracts, approval workflows, budgets, tax/currency handling). - Backend Skills: Strong hands-on Go (Golang) for production microservices (e.g. Fiber or similar HTTP frameworks); comfortable reading and extending existing services quickly. - Databases: Solid experience with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation) and Redis for caching. - Frontend Skills: Proficient with TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Experience with form, state, and data fetching libraries (React Hook Form or TanStack Form, Zod, TanStack Query / Table, Zustand) and Tailwind CSS. - API Design & Messaging: Solid understanding of RESTful and gRPC / Protobuf API design and inter-service contracts. Experience with RabbitMQ or similar brokers for asynchronous, event-driven processing. - Version Control & Engineering Fundamentals: Proficient with Git and GitLab-style collaborative workflows (branching, merge-request reviews, CI pipelines). Solid grasp of data structures, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation. - AI-assisted Development: Proficient using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development, review, debugging, and documentation while maintaining code quality and security. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Remote Working / Full WFA (Indonesia Citizen Only / WNI Only). • Application Instructions - Submit your CV via email with the subject line format: "SFullstack Engineer (eprocurement) - Full Name".
