• Role & Company / Project Overview PU Prime is looking for an experienced Country Manager in Indonesia to spearhead national business development, partner acquisition, and team leadership for its trading services. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Formulate and execute commercial business plans to drive business expansion across Indonesia. - Lead, manage, and scale the local business development and partner operations team. - Cultivate high-value relationships with prominent Introducing Brokers, regional partners, and trading communities. - Ensure alignment between regional business objectives and local execution. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Extensive leadership and business development experience in Online Trading, Forex, Fintech, or Financial Services. - Comprehensive understanding of the Indonesian trading industry and local business environment. - Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional trading clients. - Excellent command of Indonesian and English. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Remote working arrangement. • Compensation & Benefits - Highly competitive salary package with attractive commissions. - Leadership role with extensive regional exposure. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals are invited to submit their CV via email.
