### Role & Company / Project Overview Valbury is hiring a Senior Division Manager to join their team. This position is tailored for experienced marketing professionals—particularly those with a background in the financial services industry—who possess strong leadership skills and are ready to take on larger responsibilities and accelerate their career growth. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead, manage, and supervise the division's marketing and sales teams to attain organizational objectives. • Plan, execute, and monitor sales and marketing strategies for financial products. • Drive client acquisition, maintain high-value relationships, and conduct high-level business negotiations. • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly division targets in accordance with company standards. • Foster strong teamwork, discipline, accountability, and operational excellence across the division. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Demographics: Male or female (Pria atau wanita), maximum age of 35 years. • Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, specifically within financial products / financial industry. • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Teamwork & Target Orientation: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and a proven track record of working successfully with performance targets. • Attributes: Highly disciplined, analytical, target-driven, and responsible. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: Full-time • Country: Indonesia ### Compensation & Benefits • Total benefit package up to Rp6,000,000 (6 Juta), awarded in accordance with company policy and regulations. ### Application Instructions • Send your best CV via email to the recruiter or reach out via phone/WhatsApp for further information.
