### Role & Company / Project Overview Hudhud Print is hiring an aggressive, communicative, and target-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join the team, specializing in custom box packaging solutions. The company provides custom packaging products including Corrugated Box, Mailer Box, Inner Box, Hardbox, Packaging Printing, and Custom Packaging Box. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Seek out and acquire new B2B business customers • Pitch and offer packaging products to corporate clients and brands • Perform active prospecting across WhatsApp, telephone calls, databases, marketplaces, and in-person field visits • Establish and maintain business communication with key decision-makers: Purchasing, Procurement, Business Owners, Marketing, and PPIC • Prepare quotations, business proposals, and conduct commercial negotiations • Follow up on leads and prospects diligently until closing • Maintain long-term relationships to foster repeat client orders • Meet and exceed set sales targets ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Open to Male or Female candidates • Minimum education: SMA / SMK • Previous B2B Sales, Packaging, or Printing industry experience is an advantage • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills • Willingness and confidence to perform cold calling and canvassing • Accustomed to working with clear performance and sales targets • Ownership of personal vehicle is an added advantage • Having an existing customer network or database is a plus • Fresh graduates possessing a strong sales and hunter mindset are welcome to apply ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Indonesia • Field-based canvassing and client visits involved ### Compensation & Benefits • Base salary (Gaji pokok) • Performance-based incentives and commissions • Closing bonuses • Transportation / operational allowance • Product knowledge and sales training • Career advancement opportunities and high potential for recurring client commissions ### Application Instructions Send your updated CV via email with the subject line formatted as: SALES BOX PACKAGING – [NAME].
