• Role & Company / Project Overview Nik Beauty Studio is hiring a Hair Treatment Specialist to join their salon team, providing specialized hair care and salon services under a contract arrangement. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver various professional hair care treatments, washing, styling, and scalp care services. - Maintain high hygiene and safety standards for all salon stations and equipment. - Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on individual client hair conditions. - Foster positive customer relationships and work effectively alongside salon team members. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Female (Wanita). - Honest, polite, well-mannered, and friendly (Jujur, sopan, dan ramah). - Confident, humble, and capable of effective communication. - Creative and active demeanor. - Prior experience in hair treatment or hair care is preferred (Berpengalaman diutamakan). - Willing to be contracted (Bersedia dikontrak). - Able to cooperate harmoniously within a team environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - On-site studio role. - 4 days off per month (Libur 4x dalam sebulan). • Compensation & Benefits - Base salary (Gaji pokok). - Target bonus (Bonus target). - Bonus per treatment performed (Bonus per treatment). - Holiday allowance / THR. - Overtime pay (Uang lembur). - 1 complimentary treatment per month (FREE TREATMENT 1x setiap bulan). • Application Instructions - Submit CV and details of work experience to Nik Beauty Studio or contact via WhatsApp for further details.
