• Role & Company / Project Overview: BRO Skydive Indonesia is expanding and seeking a customer-oriented Reservations Officer to join our winning team for our new venture. This role manages customer bookings, inquiries, and customer service operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage customer booking inquiries, schedule skydiving sessions, and process reservation confirmations. - Provide detailed information on packages, pricing, safety protocols, and operational schedules. - Coordinate with front desk, ground control, and operational staff to ensure seamless customer arrivals and scheduling. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in reservations, front office, hospitality, or travel/tourism booking operations. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite role based in Indonesia. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation aligned with experience. • Application Instructions: - Please send your CV/resume to the recruitment contact email.
