Role & Company / Project Overview AMK Groups is hiring an L3 Technical SME (AI Compute) / L3 GPU specialist (Job ID: 10994) to drive advanced AI Infrastructure and GPU computing operations. This role is fully open for remote work. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for high-performance AI compute clusters, GPU hardware architectures, and AI infrastructure. • Troubleshoot complex level-3 infrastructure, compute node, GPU driver, interconnect, and acceleration issues. • Optimize hardware and infrastructure configurations for AI workloads, large-scale compute jobs, and cluster reliability. • Collaborate with engineering teams and technical partners to resolve advanced technical escalations and ensure peak infrastructure performance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Mandatory: Direct Data Center / AI Infrastructure experience. • Deep technical expertise in GPU architecture, high-performance computing (HPC), AI clusters, and specialized compute hardware. • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities at the L3 technical level.
