### Role & Company / Project Overview We are actively hiring a Senior Endpoint Engineering Lead to guide technical endpoint administration and device management operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead technical teams, provide mentorship and coaching, and collaborate seamlessly with global teams. • Oversee endpoint engineering, administration, and device management initiatives. • Drive hands-on implementation and administration utilizing Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Tanium, and modern endpoint deployment tools. • Execute complex troubleshooting, analytical investigation, and problem-solving across endpoint environments. • Manage stakeholder communication and apply product management skills to deliver initiatives. • Manage multiple concurrent projects, adhere to strict deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, device management, or endpoint administration. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Tanium, and endpoint deployment tools. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience leading technical teams, coaching team members, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams. • Strong stakeholder communication and product management abilities. • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Visa Requirement: USC / GC / GC-EAD. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume.
