Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring motivated and experienced Freight Brokers to join our team on a 100% commission-based model. This is an exciting opportunity in the freight brokerage industry operating under MC Number: 555609. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with shippers and carriers. • Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads. • Manage freight logistics and grow your own personal book of business. • Drive self-motivated, results-driven brokerage operations from inception to completion. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6 months of freight brokerage experience (mandatory requirement). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers. • Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset. • Passion for growing their own book of business.
