The project focuses on bringing high-energy YouTube content to a global audience through seamless localization. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Translate spoken Polish audio directly into natural, fluent English on the fly without needing a source transcript. • Accurately capture cultural nuances, humor, idioms, and context to ensure the localized content remains engaging, relatable, and authentic for viewers. • Deliver high-quality, polished translations within dynamic, fast-moving turnaround times ranging from 6 to 24 hours. • Maintain consistency and linguistic quality across continuous workflow batches. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Native or near-native proficiency in Polish and fluent proficiency in English. • Demonstrated capability in audio translation, audiovisual localization, or direct listening-to-translation tasks. • Ability to understand spoken nuances, slang, and cultural references in Polish YouTube content. • Strong discipline and reliability to work under rapid turnaround times. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Mode: 100% Remote and flexible — work from anywhere in the world. • Workflow: Ongoing, 24/7 steady stream of work with consistent volume. • Turnaround Time: 6 to 24 hours. ### Compensation & Benefits • Contract/freelance project with a continuous pipeline of work. ### Application Instructions Interested linguists can send their CV along with a brief note detailing their translation experience.
