Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring confident and target-oriented professionals for the role of International Voice Process / US Cold Calling Executive focusing on US market lead generation in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Connect with decision-makers and generate qualified leads in the US market. • Introduce technology solutions and identify viable business opportunities. • Handle customer objections effectively and follow up consistently with interested prospects. • Maintain detailed lead information, comprehensive call records, and follow-ups in CRM. • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience. • Proven background in international calling, US voice process, cold calling, telecalling, or lead generation. • Excellent communication skills with clear pronunciation and a neutral or US accent. • Comfortable with high-volume calling, making 100+ outbound calls per day. • Willingness and flexibility to work dedicated US night shifts. • Prior experience in US B2B cold calling, IT services sales, or software sales will be an added advantage. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: US Night Shift. • Location: Work From Home (Remote). Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to 6 LPA (INR 6,00,000 per annum).
