Role & Company / Project Overview: Anapty CodeEmy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced and knowledgeable Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Mentor to join our mentoring team. The role offers an opportunity to share your expertise, guide the next generation of drug safety professionals, and make a real difference in global healthcare. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Mentor, train, and guide learners and students in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety • Provide practical, industry-relevant insights and best practices for real-world applications • Conduct interactive training sessions • Clarify technical concepts and learner queries • Guide learners through real-world case scenarios • Support skill development, career-oriented learning, and career growth Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety (within pharma or clinical research) • Strong practical understanding of Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety processes • Comprehensive knowledge of Adverse Event (AE) / Serious Adverse Event (SAE) concepts and reporting • Thorough grasp of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR), case processing, and safety data assessment • Proficiency with MedDRA coding and terminology • Sound knowledge of causality assessment and seriousness assessment • Understanding of signal detection, safety surveillance concepts, and safety databases • Solid grounding in regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA) • Good documentation and analytical skills • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Passion for teaching, training, continuous learning, and an ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Engagement: Part-time / Freelance mentor • Location: Remote / Not specified Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation details are not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume to the hiring team.
