Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Cynosure Technologies, a Global Workday partner company, is hiring Workday Learning (LMS) professionals for contract-to-hire (C2H) positions across India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Learning (LMS) solutions according to business requirements. - Support course setups, learning campaigns, digital content catalogs, and compliance training modules. - Manage user security, permissions, business processes, and reporting within the Workday Learning module. - Troubleshoot system issues and work closely with client stakeholders during implementation and enhancement phases. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday Learning (LMS). - Strong functional and technical understanding of Workday HCM and Learning architectures. - Experience in Workday business processes, reporting, and learning configuration. - Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: Hybrid / Work From Office (WFO). - Location: PAN India. - Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the recruitment team via the designated contact email.
