Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking Technical Principals across India to guide system architecture and champion software craftsmanship. As a technical leader, you will collaborate directly with international clients to tackle complex architectural challenges and mentor elite engineering teams. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide architectural leadership, steering clean architecture and zero-compromise engineering disciplines. • Guide engineering teams across diverse tech stacks in implementing test-driven design and high-quality software craftsmanship. • Directly advise and partner with global clients on strategic product engineering and architectural trade-offs. • Set technical standards, drive engineering excellence, and foster a culture of polyglot craftsmanship. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven background in technical leadership and hands-on systems architecture. • Extensive expertise in clean architecture, polyglot software design, and scalable distributed systems. • Demonstrated ability to interface with executive client stakeholders and guide senior engineering talent. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pan-India (Multiple Locations across India). • Full-time technical leadership role.
