### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Service Lead to drive SAP S/4HANA solution design, implementation, and transformation initiatives, preferably in a Public Cloud environment. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution design, scoping, and fit-to-standard workshops. - Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. - Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and customer service processes. - Configure and support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Service functionalities. - Manage inquiries, quotations, sales orders, pricing, billing, deliveries, and returns. - Define solution architecture, deployment strategy, and implementation roadmaps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Recommend SAP best practices and standardized business processes. - Lead SAP implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12–13 Years of overall experience (10+ years of overall SAP experience). - 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience, preferably Public Cloud. - Strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP Service. - Excellent understanding of Order-to-Cash and customer service processes. - Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard principles. - Experience in 3–5 SAP implementation or transformation projects. - Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in global, cross-functional project environments. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pan India - Work Mode: Hybrid ### Application Instructions Please share your updated resume via email or contact directly.
