Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers specializing in OpenStack and cloud-based application engineering. The role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant distributed systems and enterprise microservices architectures. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and build robust microservices and distributed application architectures. • Implement and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. • Architect and integrate distributed caching, messaging, and database persistence layers. • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies across cloud platforms. • Collaborate within Agile teams to ensure best practices in system reliability, high performance, and fault tolerance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering. • Core Technical Skills: - Java 8+ and Spring Boot - Microservices and distributed system design - Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security - MySQL / PostgreSQL and distributed databases - Redis / Memcached / Hazelcast caching solutions - Apache Kafka / Azure EventHub / Solace messaging platforms - CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies • Cloud Preference: Microsoft Azure experience is preferred. • Proven track record of building scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant applications.
