Role & Company / Project Overview: Looking for an experienced SAP CRM + ABAP Consultant to join a global team driving digital transformation initiatives and cloud-based enterprise solutions across Pan India. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive digital transformation initiatives and cloud-based enterprise solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain SAP CRM and ABAP components. • Handle RICEFW objects development and enhancements. • Implement and maintain CRM UI components using MVC architecture and BSP. • Manage SAP CRM middleware configurations and CRM One Order Framework integration. • Implement and troubleshoot approval workflows, BSP programming, GenIL, and BOL programming. • Support SAP Business Object reporting tools and ensure smooth operational support. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of relevant experience. • Mandatory proficiency in SAP ABAP with thorough knowledge in RICEFW objects. • Mandatory proficiency in CRM UI with expertise in MVC architecture and BSP components. • Mandatory proficiency in SAP CRM middleware. • Mandatory proficiency in CRM One Order Framework. • Desirable: Good knowledge in Approval workflows, BSP programming, GenIL, and BOL programming. • Desirable: Good understanding of SAP Business Object Reporting tools. • Self-directed, responsive, and dedicated to exceptional customer support. • Ability to articulate ideas clearly with exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written). Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pan India. • Notice Period: 0 to 30 Days preference.
