• Role & Company / Project Overview Kloves Inc. is actively hiring talented professionals to join our growing ServiceNow practice. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to contribute to technical implementation, configuration, and solution delivery. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement, develop, and configure ServiceNow platform modules and custom solutions. - Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. - Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot platform issues, perform code reviews, and maintain technical documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration. - Proven expertise in ServiceNow core modules, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and technical consulting. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Immediate joiners and candidates serving a short notice period are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work location and schedule to be confirmed upon interview/offer. • Compensation & Benefits - Standard compensation commensurate with experience. • Application Instructions - Eligible and interested candidates can submit their updated CV directly to the recruitment team via the designated contact email.
