Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview An experienced Senior Workday Report Builder & Integration Specialist is needed to join an important Workday HCM transformation engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity for a senior Workday reporting professional who can translate business requirements into reliable reporting solutions and ensure reporting quality throughout the implementation. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, develop and maintain Workday HCM reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending and Transposed reports. - Build and enhance Advanced Calculated Fields, custom report data sources, prompts and filters. - Develop dashboards, Discovery Boards and Worklets. - Work with RaaS (Report as a Service), Workday Web Services, SOAP and REST. - Manage report security, scheduling, bursting, sharing and report migration across tenants. - Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT/BAT and defect resolution. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, conduct requirement workshops and maintain reporting documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6+ years of reporting/BI experience and hands-on Workday reporting experience. - Strong expertise in Workday HCM data structures and Report Writer. - Experience delivering reporting solutions as part of a Workday HCM implementation. - Good understanding of Workday security, calculated fields and RaaS. - Excellent stakeholder communication and business analysis skills. - Strong written and spoken English. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Fully Remote - Working Hours: Must be able to provide overlap with CET / Geneva business hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - If interested and holding strong hands-on Workday reporting experience, please submit an updated CV through the designated contact channel.
