Role & Company / Project Overview: Atidan is seeking a ServiceNow Dev / Sr. Dev specializing in TSM, CMDB, and CSDM to develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules with emphasis on TSM, CMDB, and CSDM. • Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and system integrations. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing ServiceNow installations and data structures. • Work closely with senior architects and technical leads to deliver required features. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4–12 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong practical experience in TSM (Technology Service Management / Telecom Service Management), CMDB, and CSDM modules. • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting abilities.
