Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an Adobe Workfront MRM & Fusion Consultant for a 100% remote position. We are seeking talented professionals who can translate complex business requirements into streamlined, scalable solutions, with hands-on experience in Workfront Fusion, integrations, workflow automation, and process optimization. Open to permanent, contract, or freelance engagements, with immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Gather business requirements and assess process suitability for Adobe Workfront. • Design, prototype, and implement streamlined workflows in an Agile environment. • Build and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate business processes and integrate enterprise applications. • Configure Workfront objects, including custom forms, project workflows, proofing, reports, and dashboards. • Integrate Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) DAM with Workfront and support related integrations. • Manage Workfront administration, user access, security roles, licensing, upgrades, and maintenance. • Build Excel reports, pivot tables, charts, and presentations to generate actionable business insights. • Lead technical discussions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide post-deployment support. • Conduct Workfront training sessions and guide users on new features and quarterly updates. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 6 years of hands-on Adobe Workfront MRM experience. • Must-Have Technical Skills: Adobe Workfront MRM; Adobe Workfront Fusion (scenario development, automation, solution design, and troubleshooting); Workfront custom forms, workflows, proofing, reporting, and dashboards; Workfront integrations with AEM DAM; familiarity with AEM Sites and Assets; REST/SOAP web services and APIs; OAuth, HTTP Basic Authentication, and API key-based authentication. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Preferred / Good to Have: Adobe Workfront / Workfront Fusion certifications or relevant project experience; Bachelor's degree; 7+ years of overall software development experience; 5+ years of client-facing implementation, consulting, integration, or delivery experience.
