• Role & Company / Project Overview Join a growing Salesforce team at the India Global Delivery Center (GDC), where innovation meets impact, delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions to global clients in a collaborative, multicultural environment. This is a contractual position for a Salesforce Consultant / Senior Consultant / Salesforce Developer. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Take an important role in the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce platforms. - Participate in the full project lifecycle—from presales and design to development, deployment, and user training. - Deliver high-quality back-end and front-end code. - Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and mentoring junior developers within the GDC network. - Conduct customer-facing engagements, facilitate workshops, perform requirement analysis, and lead solution discussions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 8–12 years overall experience (minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience). - Must-have: Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing experience. - Strong experience in customer-facing engagements, requirement analysis, and solution discussions. - Solid understanding of CRM/ERP systems and object-oriented programming (e.g., Java, .NET). - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Comfortable working in a distributed, multicultural team environment. - Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote (India Global Delivery Center). - Employment Type: Contractor / Contractual position. - Collaboration with global teams in Brazil, Hungary, and beyond. • Compensation & Benefits - Exposure to international clients and support from a global consultancy within a fast-growing digital practice. • Application Instructions - Reach out directly to the recruiter to apply.
