Role & Company / Project Overview: • Position: SAP FICO / COPA Lead • Client: Reputed global client (hiring via Delta SSI) • Model: 100% Remote work model offering leadership and architecture ownership with global exposure across US and EU Statutory and Management Reporting Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide leadership and ownership over SAP FICO architecture and solution design. • Oversee and manage complex global accounting processes, statutory compliance, and management reporting for US and EU entities. • Handle end-to-end integration and configuration across cross-functional processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). • Lead implementations, enhancements, or migration activities involving S/4HANA Finance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of extensive experience in SAP FICO. • Deep domain expertise and 5+ years of recent hands-on focus in Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Product Costing. • Comprehensive mastery of Core FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Internal Orders (IO), and Treasury (TR). • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance or S/4HANA Migrations. • Strong background in financial accounting and cross-functional integration (OTC/P2P).
