• Role & Company / Project Overview VNC Digital Services Pvt Ltd is hiring Salesforce Developers for a Healthcare Project. - Project Domain: Healthcare. - Preference: Immediate / Quick Joiners. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce solutions. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Support integrations, production issue resolution, and release activities. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and developers. - Deliver quality solutions within sprint timelines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Must-Have Skills: - 3–4 Years of experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Development expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows. - Experience with Apex Triggers and Salesforce configuration. - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations. - Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data modeling. - Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, testing, code reviews, and deployment activities. - Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent working skills. - Good to Have: - Healthcare or Life Sciences project experience. - Salesforce Platform Developer certifications. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment tools. - Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore teams. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work from Home / Remote. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Share updated CV via email with “Salesforce Developer – Healthcare” in the email subject line.
