### Role & Company / Project Overview Braincranx IT Services LLP is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Demand Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep functional and technical expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations. This is an urgent, 100% remote contract opportunity for immediate joiners. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead Oracle Fusion Demand Planning implementations and execute end-to-end functional activities. - Guide business and client teams on demand planning industry processes, frameworks, and best practices. - Drive business process mapping, solution design, and change management initiatives. - Coordinate and ensure seamless cross-module integration across SCM, Procurement, and Finance. - Work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to provide strategic functional expertise. - Support reporting, analytics, testing, validation, and post-go-live implementation activities. - Independently lead as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to define and drive comprehensive project roadmaps. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning. - Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. - Strong, specialized expertise in Oracle Fusion Demand Planning. - Track record of leading at least 2 full lifecycle, end-to-end Oracle Fusion Demand Planning implementations from project readiness to go-live. - In-depth understanding of Demand Planning and its integration with SCM, Procurement, and Finance modules. - Experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably within the retail industry. - Additional desired skills include Change Management, Business Process Mapping, Reporting & Analytics, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). - Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including proven experience with director-level interactions. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: 100% Remote. - Location: India. - Availability: Immediate joiners only. ### Compensation & Benefits - Competitive contract engagement compensation. ### Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant expertise are invited to share their updated resumes via the provided contact email address.
