Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for experienced SAP IBP Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP), Response & Supply, and Real-Time Integration (RTI). The employment type is Contract to Hire (C2H). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Configure OBP planning profiles, planning runs, heuristics, and optimizer settings • Handle Real-Time Integration (RTI) implementation and support • Perform integration with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC • Manage SAP IBP Supply Planning and execute planning algorithms • Perform master data configuration, including PDS, BOMs, resources, and transportation lanes • Manage source of supply, sourcing ratios, pegging, and forecast consumption • Lead and support implementation, enhancements, testing, and production support Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) • Expertise in Order-Based Planning (OBP) and Response & Supply • Practical experience with Real-Time Integration (RTI) • Priority given to candidates with hands-on OBP and RTI implementation experience (General SAP IBP or Demand Planning experience alone will not be sufficient) • Good to Have: - SAP CPI-DS integration - SAP APO SNP / PP/DS - SAP IBP Web UI and Excel-based planning - SAP IBP certification Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Employment Type: C2H (Contract to Hire) • Location: Pan India Compensation & Benefits • Standard contract-to-hire engagement benefits Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resume via email or DM.
