Role & Company / Project Overview: At Spark Strategy, our Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) V3 integration (M1, M2, M3) is already built and tested on the NHA sandbox. We need an experienced ABDM Integration Lead to take the integration through Functional Testing (FT), the NHA internal demo, WASA, the HTC demo, and production go-live across 4 hospital facilities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and drive the ABDM V3 integration (Milestones M1, M2, M3) to completion. • Guide the system through Functional Testing and NHA internal demonstrations. • Coordinate and successfully clear WASA testing and HTC demo requirements. • Oversee and manage production go-live across 4 designated hospital facilities. • Manage ABHA creation, verification workflows, HIP/HIU linking, and consent architectures. • Handle FHIR bundles, ABDM callbacks, and related digital health protocols. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on expertise with ABHA creation and verification. • Thorough technical understanding of HIP/HIU linking and consent flows. • Proven experience working with FHIR bundles and ABDM callbacks. • Prior experience taking at least one ABDM integration through Functional Testing or full production go-live is strongly preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Remote position; open to candidates based anywhere in India. • Contractual / Freelance arrangement. Compensation & Benefits: • Monthly retainer + per-milestone payment + go-live bonus.
