Role & Company / Project Overview: Momentum SoftServ is seeking an experienced Oracle Communications ASAP Developer / Consultant to join their team to work on complex Oracle Communications OSS (Activation) projects. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and execute Oracle Communications ASAP implementation and support activities. • Perform ASAP installation, configuration, and version upgrades (specifically 7.0 to 7.x, including 7.2.0 / 7.3). • Handle WebLogic Server configuration, DB RAC setup, and system patching. • Conduct order testing and utilize OCA and OCA Client Templates. • Develop ASAP cartridges using Oracle Design Studio. • Perform thorough troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of failed orders. • Manage code builds, application deployments, and production environment monitoring. • Write and maintain UNIX/Linux shell scripts to automate processes. • Implement and integrate services using Java, SQL, XML, and Web Services. • Support telecom provisioning and activation workflows. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 10 to 15+ years of extensive experience in Oracle ASAP 7.2.0 / 7.3. • Demonstrated track record in ASAP installation, configuration, and 7.0 to 7.x upgrades. • Hands-on expertise with WebLogic Server, DB RAC setup, and patching. • Solid understanding of OCA, OCA Client Templates, and order testing. • Hands-on proficiency in ASAP cartridge development utilizing Oracle Design Studio. • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and failed order resolution capabilities. • Demonstrated experience in code build, deployment, and production monitoring. • Good working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Shell Scripting. • Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and Web Services. • Prior domain experience in Telecom provisioning and activation is preferred. • Excellent customer-handling and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: 100% Remote. • Shifts: Flexible to work in rotational / customer-aligned shifts.
