### Role & Company / Project Overview Velion IT Pvt Ltd is conducting urgent hiring for experienced banking professionals for the position of Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts. The role is focused on managing and acquiring premium banking clientele, driving business growth through account acquisition and cross-selling banking products. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive CASA (Current Account / Savings Account) acquisition in the assigned market. • Source and acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) high-value and premium accounts. • Execute open market sales and independent lead generation initiatives. • Manage SME and business banking client relationships to drive account funding and transactional activity. • Leverage knowledge of commercial catchments and target business segments to identify prospective clients. • Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of banking products to meet client portfolio requirements. • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide premium service to high-net-worth and business accounts. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience. • Industry Experience: Banking experience preferred; strict requirement for CASA / Business Banking background. • Ineligibility: Insurance profiles will not be considered under any circumstances (banking profiles only). • Education: Minimum Graduate; MBA or IRDA Certification is preferred. • Proven expertise in NTB acquisition, open market sales, and CASA sales. • SME / Business Banking experience is preferred. • Strong knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments. • Demonstrated track record in cross-selling banking products. • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. • Local language proficiency is mandatory. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Full-time field and branch banking position. • Mandatory requirement: Face-to-face (F2F) interview is mandatory once shortlisted based on profile suitability. ### Compensation & Benefits • Budget: Up to ₹5.25 LPA (Special cases may be considered above the budget for relevant CVs). ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates please share your updated resume via email.
