Compensation includes ₹400 per monthly plan conversion and ₹2,000 per yearly plan conversion, with no earning cap. Estimated monthly earnings range from ₹6,000 to ₹15,000. Payment is made within 24 hours of conversion. Requirements include good Hindi or English communication skills, a smartphone with WhatsApp, and confidence speaking with business owners. No prior experience is needed as training is provided.
