### Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking freelancers across India to perform Mystery Audits on an ad-hoc and project basis. Expanding across PAN India with over 1000+ opportunities across various audit and assessment assignments. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Visit designated retail stores, branches, or service centers posing as an everyday customer. - Objectively evaluate customer service standards, staff behavior, hygiene, and process compliance. - Record subtle observations, operational parameters, and interaction details discreetly. - Complete comprehensive mystery evaluation reports and submit proof of visit within designated timeframes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Freshers and experienced evaluators welcome. - High attention to detail, discreet nature, and objective analytical ability. - Good written and verbal communication. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: PAN India (Field locations across various cities and towns). - Flexible hours based on audit tasks. ### Compensation & Benefits - Earning Potential: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per day; ₹1 Lakh – ₹3 Lakh per month. - Payouts: Weekly and monthly payment options. - Running daily and weekly incentive slabs for individuals and team leads. ### Application Instructions Contact the hiring person using the details listed.
