Role & Company / Project Overview: CepiaLabs Pvt. Ltd. (DoctorBharti) is hiring energetic Medical Field Executives across India. The primary purpose of this on-field role is to inspect ambulances, onboard ambulance operators onto the DoctorBharti platform, and provide essential support to local healthcare operations within designated districts and localities. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Visit ambulances, hospitals, and ambulance operators within the assigned district/locality. • Conduct basic ambulance inspections and verify the availability and functionality of required medical equipment. • Onboard ambulance owners and drivers onto the DoctorBharti platform. • Assist ambulance operators and drivers with mobile app installation, account registration, and basic usage training. • Maintain detailed ambulance records, inspection logs, and compile daily field reports. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / High School Diploma. • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply. • Gender requirement per operational specifications: Male (field-intensive operations). • Knowledge: Basic medical knowledge or exposure to healthcare, first aid, medical equipment, or ambulance services is preferred. • Technical Skills: Comfortable using smartphones and handling mobile applications. • Communication: Good communication skills in the local language and Hindi. • Conveyance: Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Field. • Location: Pan India (Designated District/Locality); requires willingness to travel and conduct intensive field work within the assigned territory.
