• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Mid-Senior PR / Communications Professional with agency background in PR Agency / Integrated Communications. We are seeking a strong PR professional with agency experience who can independently own client accounts, drive media relationships, and lead integrated communications initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Independently manage PR client accounts end-to-end including client relationships, presentations, strategic planning, and execution. - Drive and maintain strong, established media relationships with proven experience in media outreach, pitching, and relationship management. - Develop, review, and quality-check press releases, media pitches, bylines, and communication materials. - Lead integrated campaigns across Digital, Social, Creative, and Strategy teams. - Manage, mentor, and guide PR teams and junior team members. - Handle issues management, reactive communications, and crisis situations. - Support new business pitches and proposal development. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Mandatory 2+ years of experience in PR / Corporate Communications within a PR Agency or Integrated Communications background. - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / PR / Communications or a related field preferred. - Strong AI tools proficiency. - Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong stakeholder and client management skills. - Strategic thinking paired with strong execution capabilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment. - Stable career history with sustained tenures. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: As per requirement (India). - Interview Process: 1st Round Virtual | Final Round Face-to-Face (F2F). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by sending their profile via the provided email or messaging on WhatsApp.
