• Role & Company / Project Overview: Infosys EQS (Enterprise Quality Services) unit is hiring senior Agile practitioners to guide agile transformation, scrum adoption, and process optimization across multiple centers. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead agile practices, coaching cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, and product owners. - Drive enterprise agile transformation, sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement. - Implement agile metrics and quality frameworks to improve delivery velocity and business outcomes. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 11 to 20 years of experience in IT with significant tenure in Agile coaching, delivery, and scrum leadership. - Eligibility condition: Candidate must NOT have applied to Infosys within the last 4 months. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Bhubaneswar (BBSR), Indore, Nagpur (and other PAN India locations). - Work Mode: Full-time. • Compensation & Benefits: - High-tier senior leadership compensation package. • Application Instructions: - Share your CV, total experience, primary competencies, preferred location, and notice period via recruiter email.
