• Role & Company / Project Overview: CoStaff Global is hiring an experienced Project Manager specializing in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation implementations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead Workday Compensation projects through end-to-end implementation, testing, and cutover. - Configure Salary, Merit, Bonus, and Stock Plans. - Design and administer compensation cycles, eligibility rules, manager worksheets, and approval chains. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 8 Years. - Hands-on experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation. - Strong expertise in configuration of Salary, Merit, Bonus and Stock Plans. - Deep knowledge of compensation cycles, eligibility rules, manager worksheets and approvals. - End-to-end implementation, testing and cutover experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: India. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes mentioning the position applied for in the subject line.
