• Role & Company / Project Overview Black Bull Consultants is hiring a Team Lead on behalf of a reputed USA/India based company. Candidates with an Edtech background are preferred for this position. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead, mentor, and oversee daily activities of team members. - Monitor team performance metrics, targets, and operational deliverables. - Guide team members through training, process improvements, and workflow management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 0 to 6 Years. - Edtech background preferred. - Complete training provided where applicable. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Type: Office / Remote. - Working Days: 5 Days Working. - Schedule: Flexible Hours. • Compensation & Benefits - Income: ₹25,000 – ₹10,02,000 (In-hand). • Application Instructions - Share updated CV via WhatsApp to apply.
