Role & Company Overview: AIH Solutions is seeking an Operations Executive to support its growing operational workflows in recruitment and career services. AIH Solutions focuses on helping individuals get hired through high-touch, quality recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and streamline daily operational workflows, candidate pipelines, and documentation. • Support recruitment logistics, scheduling interview calls, and tracking hiring metrics. • Coordinate between business development, client management, and executive leadership. • Maintain operational databases and assist in rolling out new service offerings. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Freshers only (complete operational training will be provided). • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and process orientation. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic startup environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: India. • Standard operational hours with company-provided training.
