Role & Company / Project Overview CalliArc builds cross-platform mobile apps for clients across the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and the UAE within healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, and SaaS sectors. We are seeking part-time React Native developers to work on a single codebase that ships to iOS and Android, from initial release to scale. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications targeting both iOS and Android platforms from first release to scale • Integrate state management solutions and REST/GraphQL APIs • Build native modules in Swift or Kotlin when existing third-party libraries are insufficient • Handle performance tuning, offline support, and crash monitoring • Collaborate closely and communicate clearly with product and design teams in 2-week sprints Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript • Proven track record of shipping applications to the App Store and Google Play • Proficiency in state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or similar • Solid experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs • Experience writing native modules using Swift or Kotlin • Expertise in app performance optimization, offline caching/support, and crash monitoring workflows • Strong communication skills suited for agile sprint cycles Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Hours: Part-time commitment of 2 hours per day, specifically 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST • Location: India (working hours specified in IST; specific location and terms discussed directly) Compensation & Benefits • Terms and compensation to be discussed directly Application Instructions • Interested candidates should submit their resume with "React Native" in the subject line
