• Role & Company / Project Overview Sharda Motor - Research and Development Centre is hiring FEA/CAE Engineers to join their product-based R&D team. The role focuses on Finite Element Analysis, structural simulation, and automotive CAE, specifically dealing with chassis component parts such as subframes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and structural analysis on automotive components - Conduct structural simulation using Abaqus and Abaqus CAE tools - Execute linear and non-linear analysis - Perform static, dynamic, and durability analysis on chassis component parts - Interpret FEA simulation results and prepare comprehensive technical reports - Collaborate with the product development and R&D engineering teams to optimize designs • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 8 years of professional experience in FEA / CAE engineering - Strong experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) - Hands-on expertise in Abaqus / Abaqus CAE - In-depth understanding of structural analysis and simulation - Proven proficiency in linear / non-linear analysis, as well as static, dynamic, and durability analysis - Competence in interpretation of FEA results and report preparation - Experience in automotive, chassis, suspension, or structural components is considered an added advantage • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Sharda Motor Research and Development Centre, India - Work model: Full-time onsite R&D role • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested and suitable candidates should share their profile via email to the recruiting contact.
