Role & Company / Project Overview: Cloudious is hiring for the position of ZIP Procurement Application Support Analyst – SAP Ariba/API Integrations. This is a 100% remote / work-from-home position open to candidates across Pan India, supporting US client operations during US PST night shift hours. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide day-to-day functional and application support for ZIP Intake-to-Procure platform. • Troubleshoot complex integrations between ZIP, SAP Ariba, Jira, and Contract APIs/Web Services. • Configure fields, workflows, lookup tables, and integration flows. • Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and integration issues. • Perform root-cause analysis (RCA), testing, and validation of system fixes. • Maintain comprehensive support documentation and identify process improvements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ Years of relevant professional experience. • In-depth Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge. • Hands-on application or production support experience (L2 support). • Solid expertise in API, Web Services, and system integration troubleshooting. • Hands-on workflow and field configuration experience. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Prior ZIP or similar procurement platform experience preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pan India (100% Remote / Work from Home). • Shifts: Full Night Shift – US PST Hours.
