Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: Teknobit is seeking an experienced FGPP Production Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) to handle complex production issues for a payment processing platform. This is a permanent, fully remote position based in India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage complex production escalations and provide configuration-level solutions. - Investigate payment processing issues using FGPP GUI, database, and traces. - Configure profiles, pre-processing, and post-processing rules. - Support QA and L2 teams with fix validation. - Communicate technical findings, workarounds, and resolution plans to customers. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5+ years of overall relevant experience. - Mandatory: Recent hands-on experience with FGPP within the last 3 years. - Strong hands-on experience configuring FGPP profiles and rules. - Expertise in production incident triage, issue recreation, trace analysis, and root cause analysis. - Deep understanding of FGPP payment processing flows and business functionality. - In-depth knowledge of FGPP core tables, logical fields, XPath, object rules, profile_udfs, and cache_refresh. - Ability to identify configuration issues versus code defects and coordinate effectively with L3 teams. - Strong customer-facing experience, including leading technical calls and explaining resolutions. - Important Note: Classic GPP-only experience will not be considered.
